Innovative tent can collect water and solar energy

Architect-designer specifically for immigrants invented retractable awning that can collect rainwater and storesolar energy. This may dramatically change the lives of millions of refugees around the world, providing them with the best possible comfort.
Innovative tent was inspired by cultural traditions (eg, weaving) and the materials found in nature. He has a two-layer surface, that protects against the wet and cold weather, but it also provides cool air in summer. The upper part of the tent collects rainwater, which is then filtered,going down by the walls. It can be used for drinking or send to the reserve for showering.
Solar energy is transmitted from the fabric of the tent inbattery that can be used during the night. Architect has developed a tent for refugees from war or natural disasters, and hopes, that it to invention will help them “weave my life again.” The project is called «Weaving a home» – «Weave home.”
