Construction of houses on the ground – the usual business. However, the land becomes more scarce and expensive. But,what about the construction of houses on the water? Italian architect designed for EcoFloLife concept floating home WaterNest 100.
The idea of this house is based on the use of small reservoirs for the construction of a relatively compact and environmentally friendly homes. The draft housing can be used recycled materials. For example, recycled wood or aluminum.
In the body of WaterNest 100 are built solar panels that are on the roof. During the day, the panels accumulatesolar energy and convert it into electricity to homes. It is worth noting that this house is so far only a concept, so about the real cost of building speak still early. However, this idea is very interesting for those who live in a suitable climate.
