All the more things get a definition of “smart”, and luggage – is no exception. The company NUA Robotics presented smart suitcase – a gadget that can recognize the owner and follow him closely.
The near-futuristic suitcase has a few other interesting features on board, including the ability to recharge devices from its own power source and a built-in anti-theft alarm. Users can also monitor real-time data via smartphone, including the weight of the luggage, and can keep tabs on its location.
Suitcase is located the prototype stage and is being tested. It is equipped with a camera and Bluetooth-module– in orde to recognize the owner and connect to his themobile gadgets. If the tests are successful, the commercial version will be available in stores during the year.
Mission NUA Robotics – filled with smart objects of everyday life. The technology used in the suitcase can be used in supermarket trolley, so people with disabilities and old men will be easier to make purchases.
